What We Do
Expert plumbing installations for new commercial constructions — code-compliant, efficient, built to last.
Rough-in before the tile crew, trim-out after, permits pulled in between. Kitchens, baths, outdoor kitchens.
24-hour emergency plumbers ready to respond. When it can't wait, we're the call to make.
Camera first, then cable or jet. On pre-1980s cast iron we look before we jet, because jetting brittle pipe can finish it off.
Advanced diagnostic tools to pinpoint leaks quickly, minimizing damage before it becomes costly.
Expert installation and replacement to restore reliable hot water fast. Tank and tankless systems.
Four Kinds of Work
The everyday work: leaks under the slab, faucets and toilets, remodel rough-in, new construction from underground to final. All of it under Daniel Clayburn’s Texas Master Plumber license, RMP-44569 — the credential that lets the permit be pulled in our name with the City of Red Oak.
Slow drains, sewer backups, the line under the slab. A lot of Red Oak and Waxahachie was built on cast iron before the mid-1980s, and that pipe is at the end of its life. We camera the line before we jet it — on brittle cast iron, jetting first can turn a partial failure into a full one.
New gas lines, repairs, leak detection and appliance hookups, natural gas and propane. Every natural gas job gets a permit and a pressure test the inspector reads himself. If you smell gas: get out, call the utility from outside, then call us once the meter is off.
Tank and tankless water heaters, installed, repaired and maintained. DFW water is hard; it eats anode rods and scales tankless heat exchangers, which is why a heater that should last twelve years dies at eight here. Tankless isn’t automatically the upgrade — we’ll tell you when a good tank is the better buy.
